Cultivating High-Quality Teacher Competencies in Pre-Service Teachers:Value Guidance,Subject Teaching,and Educational Research
In the context of the new era,the construction of innovative teacher education,the demand for a high-quality teaching workforce,and the re-emphasis on the pivotal role of teacher-training universities have become critical components of quality-oriented pre-service teacher cultivation.To meet these requirements,this study proposes strategies for the precise enhancement and comprehensive improvement of pre-service teacher competencies through value guidance,subject teach-ing,and educational research.In terms of value guidance,the focus is on fostering moral education,promoting professional ethics,and pursuing excellence.Regarding subject teaching,emphasis is placed on competency-based teaching,interdisci-plinary practice,and the integration of digital technology in education.For educational research,the strategies include con-ducting in-depth studies on teaching capacity enhancement,addressing practical problems in education and teaching,and investigating the development of professional teaching competencies.These approaches aim to cultivate future teachers with noble ethics,solid professional knowledge and teaching skills,and sound research abilities,equipping them to thrive in the ever-evolving educational landscape.
