Research on the Application of PBL Teaching Model in the Training of Psychological Commissioners in Colleges and Universities
This thesis focuses on the training of psychological commissioners in colleges and universities.In view of the situation of current psychological commissioners,such as the lack of work enthusiasm caused by the selection methods and the weak mastery of professional knowledge and skills,the PBL teaching model is introduced.This model covers multiple forms such as case studies and role plays,and is divided into three levels:general knowledge,theoretical and practical training.The research was conducted with 162 psychologists as research subjects,using questionnaires and skill assess-ments.The research shows that the training has significantly enhanced the self-efficacy of psychological commissioners and made their competence outstanding.Psychological commissioners had a relatively high preference for the six modules in the training,such as case supervision and practical simulation.The PBL model helped to enhance the participation in the train-ing and promote the application of knowledge,and develop new ideas for the training of psychological commissioners in col-leges and universities.
