为了提高装车臂的装车效率,降低劳动强度,分析了LNG装车臂的组成、工作流程、使用过程中存在的问题及原因并提出了改进措施.将各种改进措施与传统LNG装车臂技术进行有机融合,设计并生产制造了一款新型的气动助力装车臂.通过在内臂与框架之间增加一根气缸,用于推动内臂绕第一旋转接头旋转;将6 台手动阀门均改为气动阀门,并将控制信号通过防爆接线箱接到批量控制器内;在延伸臂与第5 旋转接头入口法兰之间增加一根弹簧平衡缸,使延伸臂在包络线范围内能够保持水平;采用快接装置代替松套法兰与槽车对接以提高连臂效率.在LNG装车站对新型的气动助力装车臂进行试运行验证,结果表明改进后的新型装车臂进行装车提高了自动化水平,使用其代替传统装车臂可以减少操作人员1 名,在降低剩余操作人员劳动强度的同时将工作效率提高18%左右.
Problems and Improvement Measures of Traditional Loading Arms
In order to improve the loading efficiency of the loading arm and reduce the labor intensity,the composition,work flow,problems and reasons of the traditional LNG loading arm are analyzed,and the improvement measures are put forward.By organically integrating various improvement measures with traditional LNG loading arm technology,a new type of pneumatic assist loading arm is designed and manufactured.By adding a cylinder between the inner arm and the frame,the inner arm is pushed around the first rotary joint rotates;the six manual valves are changed to pneumatic valves,and the control signal is connected to the batch controller through the explosion-proof junction box;a spring balance is added between the extension arm and the inlet flange of the fifth rotary joint cylinder,so that the extension arm can be kept horizontal within the envelope range;the quick-connect device is used instead of the loose flange to connect with the tank car to improve the efficiency of the connecting arm.The test operation of the new pneumatic assist loading arm is carried out at the LNG loading station.The results show that the new loading arm can improve the level of automation,and the use of its replacement of the traditional loading arm can reduce one operator,reduce the labor intensity of the remaining operators,and improve the work efficiency about 18%at the same time.
