Influence of Working Condition Parameters on Dynamic Characteristics of High Speed Angular Contact Ball Bearings
High speed angular contact ball bearings play a vital role in many high speed rotating machinery such as aircraft engines,high speed machine tools,wind turbines and so on.As an important part of the transmission and support system,it directly affects the operational stability and efficiency of the entire equipment.However,the dynamic performance of high speed angular contact ball bearings is often affected by the fluctuations of various working conditions in practice,and the dynamic performance is one of the key indicators to measure its service performance.The influence of working conditions on dynamic characteristics of high speed angular contact ball bearings is studied.First,the dynamic model of high speed angular contact ball bearings is established based on Newton's second law.Based on the model calculation results,the influence of operating parameters on the dynamic performance of high speed angular contact ball bearings is analyzed.The results indicate that increasing the inner ring input angular acceleration and the Coulomb friction coefficient of the bearing can increase the contact force and friction torque between the balls and the inner ring of the bearing.
