Design of Constant Tension Control System for Transparent Cavity Composite Filter Rod Formed Paper
The tension stability of the forming paper wrapping the base rod during the filter rod forming process has a significant impact on the stability of the spacing between the base rods in the filter rod.In order to improve the quality of transparent cavity composite filter rod products,constant tension control is applied to the transportation of formed paper.In response to the special material characteristics of transparent formed paper,a constant tension control system for formed paper during the rolling process of transparent cavity composite filter rod is designed.The closed-loop servo control principle is adopted to solve the quality problem of filter rods caused by large tension fluctuations during the rolling process of transparent formed paper.The test results show that the deformation rate of transparent formed paper in the length direction under a tensileforceof10 Nis0.5%.For a120mm filter rod,during rapid acceleration,the maximum tension fluctuation value of 0.21 N causes a length direction deformation of 0.012 mm,which has little effect on the allowable error range of±0.8 mm for the filter rod.The production application results on the YL22 filter rod forming unit for producing transparent cavity composite filter rods show that the forming paper constant tension control system achieves constant tension control of the forming paper,improves the accuracy of base rod positioning,eliminates the fluctuation of filter rod cavity size caused by tension,improves product quality,and meets the requirements of stable production of filter rods.
