Master of Finance has developed quickly in recent years in China and it plays an important role in promoting teaching reform and improving teaching quality.targeting at cultivating special talents of financial ability,the developing trend of Master of Finance is unbalanced in terms of regions or provinces.Master of Finance emphasizes applicability,while Academic Master of Finance emphasizes theorization.There are significant differences in cultivation standards,teaching methods,course offered,quality evaluation between the two.Therefore,this research discusses the reform and innovation of Master of Finance's cultivation model on training program,faculty staff,classroom teaching,practice teaching and dissertation quality.
