降水对户外演出活动的影响与预测分析

针对天气对"景德镇记忆"大型户外实景演出的影响程度,制定、分析调查问卷,提出了对大型户外演出活动有影响的降水强度阈值,并分析了降水影响的气候特点及相应的预报着眼点.主要结论:1)设计了调查问卷,记录天气对户外演出的影响程度,分为适宜、一般、不适宜、极不适宜四级;2)降水影响分为持续性降水和阵性降水,当演出时段小时雨强在2 mm附近或以上、累积雨量3 mm或以上时,有明显不利影响.从降水影响的气候概况看,年分布不均匀,主要出现在3-7月,占比近80%或以上,而9-12月很少;3)降水回波主要分为大范围絮状回波、大范围层状云降水回波、强对流回波团或回波短带、飑线、强回波单体等.层状云降水回波与絮状回波对演出影响的预警率高,预报难度小;而对流性降水回波虚警率、漏报率、空报率均较高.当强对流回波主体影响南昌、进贤等地时,预警时效为2 h;当移入鄱阳县后,1 h之后,就可能对演出现场有影响.这些均为更好地开展专业气象服务提供了参考依据.
Impact of Precipitation on Outdoor Performance Activities and Prediction Analysis
In view of the impact of weather on the large-scale outdoor live show of"Jingdezhen Memory",a questionnaire was developed and analyzed,and a threshold of precipitation intensity that has an impact on large-scale outdoor performances was proposed,and the climatic characteris-tics of precipitation impact and the corresponding forecast focus were analyzed.The main conclu-sions are as follows:1)A questionnaire was designed to record the impact of weather on outdoor performances,which can be divided into four levels:appropriate,general,inappropriate and ex-tremely inappropriate.2)The impact of precipitation is divided into continuous precipitation and in-termittent precipitation.When the hourly rainfall intensity during the performance period is around 2 mm or above,and the cumulative rainfall is 3 mm or above,there is obvious adverse impact.Ac-cording to the climate profile affected by precipitation,the annual distribution is uneven,mainly from March to July,accounting for nearly 80%or more,while few from September to December.3)The precipitation echo is mainly divided into large-scale floc echo,large-scale stratiform cloud precipitation echo,strong convective echo cluster or echo short band,squall line,strong echo cell,etc.The early warning rate of the influence of stratiform cloud precipitation echo and flocculent echo on the performance is high,and the prediction is less difficult;The false alarm rate,false alarm rate and false alarm rate of convective precipitation echo are higher.When the main body of the strong convection echo affects Nanchang,Jinxian and other places,the warning time is 2 h;When moved to Poyang county,it may have an impact on the performance scene after 1 h.All these provide a ref-erence for better professional meteorological services.
