不同型砂配方对型砂性能影响的研究

针对某铸造厂在新的生产条件下型砂质量下降,铸件废品率明显增加的现象,有必要对型砂性能和质量实施有效检测及控制.通过试验测试了加入不同含量的膨润土、FS粉和水对型砂性能的影响,得到了型砂、膨润土、FS粉的较佳组合及性能较好的型砂配方及混制工艺,对提高型砂质量、降低由于型砂质量控制不稳而造成的铸件废品率有重要意义.
Study on the Effect of Different Formulations on Molding Sand Properties
Under a new production condition,we aim at the case of decline in the molding sand quality and a significant increase in castings reject rate in a foundry.It is necessary to make effective detection and control on molding sand properties and quality.Different contents of bentonite,FS powder and water were tested by experiments on the influence of molding sand properties.We get a better combination with molding sand,bentonite and water,get sand formulation and mixing process on better performance.It has great significance on improving molding sand quality,reducing casting rejection rate for unstable sand quality control.
