Research on the Construction of the Performance Evaluation System of Science and Technology Special Funds in Jiangxi Province
The special fund for science and technology is an important guarantee to improve the na-tional level of scientific and technological development,promote the development of scientific and technological activities,and ensure the normal operation of scientific and technological projects.At present,the performance appraisal of the funds of special science and technology projects in Jiangxi province has not yet formed a scientific and comprehensive performance evaluation system.Based on theoretical and empirical research,the paper mainly explores the establishment of a scientific and ef-fective performance evaluation system for science and technology special funds in line with the actual situation in Jiangxi,so as to provide a decision-making reference for Jiangxi province in formula-ting and promulgating the performance management of special science and technology funds.
