Discussion on the Whole Process Service and Quality Management System Construction of Hospital Science and Technology Innovation Activities under the Background of High-Quality Development
Scientific and technological innovation plays an important role in the high-quality devel-opment of public hospitals.This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges from the perspective of the functional positioning of large-scale third-class hospitals and the external macro policy re-form.Hospitals need to strengthen the management of scientific and technological innovation activi-ties to continuously improve the competitiveness of scientific and technological innovation,so as to obtain the competitive advantage of sustainable development.This paper puts forward the principles for the construction of the whole process management system of scientific and technological innova-tion activities,as well as the ideas for the construction of the whole process management system of scientific and technological innovation activities based on six systems:quality management system,cultivation system,supervision and evaluation system,reward system,platform support system and scientific and technological service.
