尖锐湿疣动物模型及三维细胞培养模型研究进展

尖锐湿疣是由人乳头瘤病毒感染引起的人肛门生殖器增生性病变为主要表现的性传播疾病,对患者生活质量及身心健康造成了极大的影响.在各项尖锐湿疣的研究中,构建尖锐湿疣的体内、体外模型至关重要,但目前模型分类尚不清晰,这限制了相关研究的开展.通过总结HPV相关疾病动物模型和三维细胞培养模型研究进展,为构建尖锐湿疣模型整理了相关理论依据,供感兴趣的研究者参考.
Research Progress of Animal Model and three-Dimensional Cell Culture Model of Condyloma Acuminatum
Condyloma acuminatum,a sexually transmitted disease caused by human papillomavirus infection which main manifestation is anogenital hyperplasia,makes a great impact on the life quality and physical and mental health of patients.In the study of condyloma acuminatum,it is important to build in vivo and in vitro models of condyloma acuminatum,but the classification current model is not clear,which limits the development of related research.This paper summarized the research progress of HPV-related disease animal model and Three-dimensional cell culture model,providing interested researchers relevant theoretical basis for constructing a model of condyloma acuminatum.
