INCONEL625-KN680复合涂层的性能研究

针对垃圾焚烧锅炉受热面易受高温氧化,易被氯、硫、钒及熔盐腐蚀等问题,利用超音速火焰喷涂技术和无气喷涂技术在锅炉基体表面成功制备了兼有金属和陶瓷属性的INCONEL625-KN680 复合涂层.表征了复合涂层的微观形貌,测试与分析了复合涂层的结合强度、表面硬度、常温和高温耐磨性、高温熔盐腐蚀性能及高温摩擦系数.结果表明,复合涂层的结合强度达到 65 MPa,表面硬度达到 73.4HR15N,复合涂层的抗冲蚀性能达到锅炉基材的 7~8 倍,高温耐磨性比基材提升了 10%~20%,各项性能指标明显优于锅炉基材,大幅地提高了锅炉的使用寿命.
Study of Inconel 625-KN680 Composite Coating
Aiming at the problem that the heating surface of waste incineration boiler is easy to be ox-idized at high temperature and corroded by chlorine,sulfur,vanadium and molten salt,the IN-CONEL625-KN680 composite coating with metal and ceramic properties was successfully prepared on the surface of the boiler matrix by supersonic flame spraying technology and airless spraying tech-nology.The microstructure of the composite coating was characterized.The bonding strength,sur-face hardness,wear resistance at normal temperature and high temperature,corrosion properties of molten salt at high temperature and friction coefficient of the composite coating were tested and ana-lyzed.The results show that the binding strength of the composite coating is 65 MPa,the surface hardness is 73.4HR15N,the erosion resistance of the composite coating is 7~8 times that of the boiler substrate,and the high temperature wear resistance of the composite coating is increased by 10%~20%compared with that of the boiler substrate.All the performance indexes are obviously better than that of the boiler substrate,and the service life of the boiler is greatly improved.
