Currently,against the backdrop of intense competition in science and technology between China and the United States,as well as unprecedented technological sanctions imposed by Western countries on Russia,exchanges and cooperation between China and Russia in the field of science and technology are of great significance.Russia is a traditional technological powerhouse,especially with its technological talents having global influence.The strategic partnership of cooperation be-tween China and Russia has entered a new stage of development,and exchanges and cooperation in the field of science and technology are gradually deepening.This study investigates the current situa-tion of Russian scientific and technological talents,laying the foundation for deepening scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation with Russia.
