基于Web of Science的植物数据库可视化分析

为探究植物数据库的研究现状、热点和趋势,以Web of Science(WOS)核心数据集SCI-EXPANDED为数据源,运用Citespace、VOSviewer和Scimago Graphica文献计量软件和Origin数据分析工具,从发文量、作者、国家、机构和关键词等方面,对 2004 年至 2022 年间发表的植物数据库相关文献进行可视化分析。结果表明,该领域发文量在逐步上升,发文量最高的作者是来自中国农业大学的Su Zhen,中国、美国和德国是该领域研究的主要国家,中国科学院、法国国家科学研究中心是该领域的主要研究机构。该领域的高产期刊为Nucleic Acids Research(核酸研究),发文量占比 17。09%。热点高频关键词为database、identification、evolution、resource等。根据关键词聚类主题的不同,对植物数据库进行划分:生态数据库、药用植物数据、组学数据库和遗传资源数据库。关键词突现分析结果显示,prediction、expression和diversity等是近三年出现的突现关键词,可被看作植物数据库研究领域的研究新趋势。
Visualization Analysis of the Plant Databases based on Web of Science
In order to explore the research status,hotspots and trends of plant databases.This paper uses SCI-EXPANDED as the data source,the core dataset of Web of Science(WOS),and uses Citespace,VOSviewer,Scimago Graphica bibliometric software and Origin data analysis tools to vis-ually analyze the relevant literature of plant databases published between 2004 and 2022 from the as-pects of publication volume,authors,countries,institutions and keywords.The results show that the number of publications in this field is gradually increasing.The author with the highest number of articles is from Su Zhen of China Agricultural University,China,the United States and Germany are the main countries for research in this field,and the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the French National Center for Scientific Research are the main research institutions in this field.The most pro-lific journal in this field is Nucleic Acids Research,accounting for 17.09%.Hot high-frequency keywords are database,identification,evolution,resource,etc.Plant databases are divided accord-ing to the different keyword clustering topics:ecological database,medicinal plant data,omics data-base and genetic resources database.The results of keyword emergence analysis show that predic-tion,expression and diversity are emerging keywords in the past three years,which can be regarded as new trends in the field of plant database research.
