Estimation Method of Reserve Land Value in the Inventory of Natural Resource Assets Owned by the Whole People——A Case Study of Pengze County
In recent years,the state has attached great importance to the management of natural re-source assets owned by the whole people,and has made a series of major decisions and deploy-ments,requiring that the management of natural resource assets be strengthened on the basis of find-ing out the background of natural resource assets owned by the whole people.Reserve land belongs to a category of natural resources owned by the whole people.Accurately estimating the value of re-gional reserve land is helpful for local governments to find out the background of reserve land assets,guide the formulation and implementation of policies,and strengthen the control ability of local econ-omy.This paper explores the use of reserve land results,benchmark land price results,construction land price system results and other data to establish a multivariate fitting formula to estimate the val-ue of reserve land in Pengze county.The reserve land plots are refined according to the planned use,the corresponding benchmark land price is revised,and the total value is returned according to the refined map spot value.The estimation results show that the estimation method is accurate.
