Distributing Method of Power Supply Service Work Order based on Competition Map
With the gradual deepening of the digital work of the power supply station of the power grid company,the importance of accurately assigning the work orders of the power supply station is increasing.In order to solve the problem of many types of work orders and low allocation accuracy in power supply stations,a work order distribution method for power supply service based on competi-tion map is proposed.First,integrate multiple types of work orders in the power supply station through natural language processing to eliminate duplicate work orders;second,extract the working status of power supply employees to determine whether they have the conditions to accept orders;on this basis,use the competition map to optimize power supply service work order dispatch analysis,and dispatch orders based on competitive points.The calculation example proposed in this paper has an accuracy of 99.1%in the distribution of simulated work orders in the power supply station.This method can effectively improve the accuracy of dispatching work orders for power supply services.
