社区灾害风险地图制图工具设计与实现

针对基层社区综合减灾示范创建实际工作中存在的制图不规范、标准难统一、制图不专业等问题,结合自然灾害综合风险普查成果应用,开发了一种灾害风险图快速制图工具软件。软件制图涵盖了自然灾害、安全生产、消防安全、公共安全 4 种灾害风险类型,旨在实现灾害风险的直观化、规范化呈现,提升基层灾害风险地图制作水平。该软件的研发可为基层社区综合减灾示范创建提供灾害风险地图制作方面的辅助工具,有效提高基层综合减灾示范创建工作水平和灾害风险管理能力。
Design and Implementation of Community Disaster Risk Mapping Tools
Aiming at the problems of non-standardized mapping,difficulty in unifying standards and unprofessional mapping that exist in the actual work of the grassroots community comprehensive dis-aster reduction demonstration creation,and in conjunction with the application of the results of the comprehensive risk survey of natural disasters,a software for rapid mapping tools for disaster risk maps has been developed.The software enables to cover four disaster risk types,including natural disasters,production safety,fire safety and public safety,with the aim of realizing the intuitive and standardized presentation of disaster risks and improve the production level of disaster risk maps at the grassroots level.The development of this software can provide grassroots community comprehen-sive disaster reduction demonstration creation with auxiliary tools for the production of disaster risk maps,and effectively improve the level of grassroots comprehensive disaster reduction demonstration creation and disaster risk management capacity.
