杉木第3代种子园无性系种实性状及冠幅性状变异研究

为评估第 3 代杉木种子园的建园成效,对漳平五一国有林场第 3 代杉木种子园的 90 个无性系的种实性状开展变异规律分析.结果表明,不同建园材料的表型性状间变异明显,变异幅度呈现以下趋势:出籽量>出籽率>单株球果鲜重>千粒重>冠幅,且各性状间存在显著相关性;冠幅及单株球果鲜重在不同无性系间也存在极显著差异.初选 20 个优良无性系平均单株球果鲜重、出籽量、出籽率、千粒重和冠幅比群体均值分别提高了24.33%、38.13%、26.15%、10.47%和9.88%.初步评估结果表明,杉木3 代不同建园材料的种实性状遗传变异丰富,为后续育种工作提供材料基础;后续可实施育种精细选育并加强建园经营管理;此外,应对筛选出的优良无性系进一步开展测定评估,以此为下一代种子园建设提供建园材料.
Variation Analysis of Clonal Seed Traits and Crown Diameter Trait in the Third Generation Seed Orchard of Cunninghamia lanceolata
To evaluate the effectiveness of the third generation seed orchard of Chinese fir(Cunning-hamia lanceolata),the variation law analysis of seed real character were performed on the 90 clones of the 3rd generation of Chinese fir seed orchard in Zhangping Wuyi state-owned forest farm.The results show that the great variations were observed in the phenotypes traits among different materials in the third seed orchard of Chinese fir.And the coefficient of variation was as follows:seed yield>seed yield rate>fresh weight of cone per plant>thousand seed weight>crown width,and there was significant correlation among different traits.Besides,significant differences of fresh weight and crown width of cone per plant have been observed among different clones.20 superior clones were selected with the average cone fresh weight per plant,seed yield,seed yield rate,thousand seed weight and crown diameter trait of increased by 24.33%,38.13%,26.15%10.47%and 9.88%respectively(compared with the average population).The preliminary evaluation results indicate that the great variations of seed traits of planting materials in the third seed orchard of Chinese fir,which indicates that it is a rich resource of genetic variations.The third generation of Chinese fir seed orchard should carry out clonal re-selection and strengthen the management of garden construc-tion.The 20 selected excellent clones could also be the key reserved clones for the transformation of the third seed orchard of Chinese fir,and the planting materials for the reconstruction of the next generation seed orchard.
