Analysis of Cretaceous Petrographic and Geochemical Characteristics of Uraniferous Target Layer in Northern Junggar Basin
In this study,the Honglishan Formation(K2h)of the ore-bearing target layer in Ulungu Depression,northern Junggar Basin is the main research object,and it is analyzed systematically by mineralogy,geochemistry and sedimentary environment system.The results show that the sandstone of Honglishan formation in the ore-bearing target layer is mainly composed of lithic sandstone,lithic feldspar sandstone and feldspar lithic sandstone,and a small amount falls in the feldspar sandstone and feldspar quartz sandstone.The lower,middle and upper sedimentary facies of Honglishan For-mation(K2h)are gravelly braided river deposit,sandy braided river deposit and meander river de-posit,respectively.In addition,the reduction zone of the study area has the highest total iron con-tent and strong reducing property,and the obvious epigenetic process in the oxidation zone leads to the enrichment of Fe3+.
