Analysis and Evaluation of the Flesh Nutrition Components of Xenocypris microlepis in Different Areas of Jiangxi Province
This study was conducted to investigate the differentiation of flesh nutrition composition and quality in different areas of Jiangxi province. The wild Xenocypris microlepis(215.30±19.29 g)caught in four areas of Jiangxi province were taken as the research object, and the conventional nu-tritional composition, amino acids and fatty acids of their flesh were compared and analyzed by rou-tine biochemical analysis. The results showed that there was no significant difference in moisture, crude protein and crude ash of flesh among different regions(P>0.05),but crude lipid of flesh in Xiangdong and Xiajiang county was significantly higher than that in Yugan county(P>0.05).The tryptophan of flesh in Xiangdong county was significantly higher than that in other groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the other 17 amino acids, total amino acids, essential amino acids and delicious amino acids content among different groups(P>0.05).According to AAS score, valine score was the lowest in Jinxian county and Xiajiang county, and phenylalanine and tyrosine were the first limiting amino acid in Xiangdong.According to CS score, phenylalanine and tyrosine were the first limiting amino acid in each region. The content of C18·1 in Yugan county was significantly higher than that in other three areas(P>0.05).The content of C18·3 in Yugan county and Xiajiang county was significantly higher than that in Jinxian county and Xiangdong district(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in DHA/EPA and n-3/n-6 among different regions(P>0.05).To sum up,there was little difference in the flesh with high nutritional value in four are-as,which provides a scientific basis for the configuration of artificial culture diet in the future.
