药用植物三叶青培育技术研究进展

摘要
三叶青是中国特有珍稀药用植物,以块根或全草入药,有抗炎、抗肿瘤及保肝等重要药理作用,具有广阔的药用价值和经济价值.然而其野生资源日渐减少,并不能满足市场需求.在此背景下,国内外开始对三叶青培育技术进行了大量研究,并取得了一定的成果.结合以往相关文献,从三叶青的种源选择、基地选址、育苗繁殖、栽植模式、管理 5 个方面对三叶青生长发育影响进行了系统的阐述与总结,以期为三叶青的培育提供技术参考和借鉴.
Abstract
Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg is a rare and endemic Chinese medicinal plant,which is used as a medicine with strong pharmacological effects and broad medicinal and economic values.However,its wild resources are dwindling and cannot meet the market demand.In this con-text,a lot of research on the cultivation technology of T.hemsleyanum were carried out at home and abroad,and certain results were achieved.Combined with the previous relevant literature,this pa-per systematically elaborates and summarizes the impact of the growth and development of T.hems-leyanum from five aspects:seed source selection,site selection,seedling propagation,planting mode and management,in order to provide technical reference and reference for the cultivation of T.hemsleyanum.
