摘要
目的:通过系统总结和分析Web of Science核心集数据库2016-2023 年所刊文的内容特征与热点,以期为中医药的发展提供参考.方法:运用CiteSpace等文献计量工具,从刊文量、研究机构、刊文国家、主要关键词、刊文共被引情况等,进行多维视角的可视化分析.结果:年刊文数量呈上升趋势;中医药高校为中医药领域核心研究力量;中国为推动中医药研究绝对核心国家;领域内研究热点包括表达式、细胞凋亡等;细胞凋亡等关键词具有较高的中心度,为中医药领域研究的重要内容;随机对照试验、抑郁症及胰岛素抵抗等将成为未来几年研究趋势.结论:中药成分、作用机制和治病机理等是领域内关注的核心内容;中医药领域正在从"重技术"到"重对象"发生转变.
Abstract
Objective:This paper systematically summarizes and analyzes the content characteristics and hot spots of the articles published in the Web of Science core database from 2016 to 2023,in or-der to provide reference for the development of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Using CiteSpace and other bibliometrics tools,this paper makes a multi-dimensional visual analysis from the aspects of publication quantity,research institutions,publication countries,main keywords,and co-citation of publications.Results:The number of articles published annually is on the rise;Chi-nese medicine universities are the core research force in the field of Chinese medicine;China is the absolute core country to promote Chinese medicine research;Research hotspots in the field include expressions,apoptosis and so on;Keywords such as apoptosis have high centrality and are important contents in the field of traditional Chinese medicine research;Randomized controlled trials,depres-sion and insulin resistance will become the research trends in the next few years.Conclusions:The composition,action mechanism and treatment mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine are the core contents of concern in the field;The field of Chinese medicine is changing from"emphasizing technology"to"emphasizing objects".
