Analysis of Geological Heritage Protection Model and Development Based on National Strategy of "Rural Revitalization" in China
Geological relics,as a non-renewable resource,is of great importance in the development of the nature and the human society.During progress of geoscience tourism,people have over-ex-ploited many geological relics in the process of development,ignoring the protection of the geological relics,resulting in the destruction of many geological relics,some of which are irreversible.The study of geological relics,both at home and abroad,mainly focuses on the investigation and exploi-tation of resources,but few scholars pay attention to its protection and the coordination between its protection and exploitation.And for that reason,through the investigation of geological heritage re-sources,this article reviews the current situation of geological heritage conservation in China,com-pare and analyze general and regional models of geological heritage conservation,and explore a rural geological heritage protection model combined with the above-mentioned two models in the context of the current"rural revitalization"strategy,in order to promote standardized geological heritage conservation,raise public awareness of geological heritage conservation,and promote the sustainable development of rural geotourism.
