镍基复合涂层是目前广泛应用于碳钢,铝合金,钛合金表面改性的金属基复合涂层之一,因其性价比高,耐蚀性,耐磨性良好等特点而获得了航空航天,国防,化工等领域的关注,目前已经研究出如碳化钨强化镍基涂层等多种满足实际需求的镍基复合涂层。然而,现代工业应用要求更高的涂层性能,传统镍基复合涂层存在耐磨与耐蚀性能不足的问题,且基础机理研究尚不够深入。在此基础上,从制备工艺,典型的加强相以及涂层的功能性方面进行了分类综述,介绍了镍基功能涂层目前的研究进展与部分形成机理。最后提出了镍基复合涂层领域现存在的几个问题,并对其未来的研究进行展望。
Current Status of Research on Ni-based Composite Coatings
Ni-based composite coatings,one of the metal matrix composite coatings,have been widely adopted for surface modification of carbon steel,Aluminum alloys,and Titanium alloys to-day.It has gained attention in areas such as aerospace industry,national defense and chemical engi-neering industry due to its high cost-performance ratio,excellent corrosion resistance and wear re-sistance.Various kinds of Ni-based composite coatings,such as Ni-WC composite coatings,have been developed for application.However,modern industrial applications demand higher coating per-formance.The traditional Ni-based composite coatings face issues of insufficient wear and corrosion resistance,and lack in-depth research of the fundamental mechanism.This paper provides a classi-fied review based on preparation processes,typical reinforcing phase,and coating functionalities.It also introduces the current research progress and some formation mechanisms of Ni-based functional coating.Finally,the paper identifies several existing problems in the area of Ni-based composite coating and provides prospects for future research.
