为了积极响应国家和江西省"互联网+医疗健康"发展战略,逐步摸索出一条"助老助残"就医的新模式即"助老助残"大健康服务平台。利用 5G、互联网、物联网、大数据等新技术,基于分布式存储技术,与医院HIS系统互联互通,建立五大应用终端和六大功能应用的大健康服务平台。立足实体医疗资源,建成包含人工智能导诊、"橙心服务专车"服务、志愿服务大数据平台、院一站式就医模式、线上云义诊服务区、互联网+护理服务、慢病管理、健康科普等功能的"助老助残"平台并投入使用。"助老助残"平台为老年人、残疾人就医提供了新的解决方案,形成一体化诊疗流程,使老年人和残疾人就医不再被时间、空间和地域限制,同时也提升了医疗机构服务能力、水平以及医疗资源配置效率,助力 2030 健康中国建设。
Application and Research of Intelligent Elderly and Disabled Healthcare Service Platform Based on 5G+Big Data
In order to actively respond to the national and Jiangxi province's"Internet+Health-care"development strategy,we gradually explored a new mode for"helping the elderly and the dis-abled"medical treatment—"Helping the Elderly and the Disabled"large health service platform.Utilizing new technologies such as 5G,the internet,the Internet of Things,and big data,and based on distributed storage technology,this platform integrates with the hospital HIS system to set up a comprehensive health service platform characterized by five major application terminals and six func-tional applications.Based on physical medical resources,the"Helping the Elderly and the Disa-bled"platform has been established and put into use,which includes artificial intelligence guid-ance,"Orange Heart Service Car"service,volunteer service big data platform,one-stop hospital medical mode,online cloud free diagnosis service area,Internet+nursing services,chronic disease management,health science and other functions.The"Helping the Elderly and the Disabled"plat-form provides new solutions for the elderly and the disabled,creating an integrated diagnosis and treatment process that removes time,space and geography barriers for the patients.It also improves the service capacity,level and allocation efficiency of medical resources of medical institutions,con-tributing to the construction of a Healthy China by 2030.
