早稻物候算法遥感识别新技术研究

早稻作为确保粮食总产稳定的关键作物之一,拥有重要地位。准确监测早稻的种植面积和播栽信息对政府部门掌握水稻早期生产情势以及制定相关工作计划具有重要科学意义。基于Sentinel-2 卫星数据的物候算法,结合辅助特征和随机森林分类器,对 2023 年高安市早稻准确识别和种植面积提取。结果表明,通过混淆矩阵精度评估,获得总体精度为 92。50%,证明了该方法具有出色的分类效果。与 2022 年数据相比,2023年早稻种植面积验证精度高达 93。44%。这 2 种方法验证了基于Sentinel-2 卫星数据的物候算法具有较好的稳健性。研究成果可为政府部门深入了解早期水稻生产和制定工作计划提供参考。
Research on New Remote Sensing Recognition Technology of Early Rice Phenology Algorithm
Early rice,as one of the key crops for ensuring stable food production,holds significant importance.Accurate monitoring of the planting area and cultivation information of early rice is of crucial scientific significance for government departments to understand the early rice production sit-uation and formulate relevant work plans.This study utilized a phenology algorithm based on Senti-nel-2 satellite data,combined with auxiliary features and a random forest classifier,to accurately i-dentify and extract the planting area of early rice in Gao'an city in 2023.The results showed that the overall accuracy obtained through a confusion matrix accuracy assessment was 92.50%,confir-ming an outstanding classification performance of the method.Furthermore,compared to the data from the previous year,the validation accuracy of the early rice planting area in 2023 reached a high level of 93.44% .These two validation methods verify the robustness of the phenology algorithm based on Sentinel-2 satellite data.The research results provide reference for government depart-ments to gain in-depth insights into early rice production and formulate work plans.
