Research on Spatial Pattern and Influencing Factors of Homestay in Jiangxi Province
Homestays are considered an important carrier for promoting the development of experi-ence economy and assisting in the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.Taking Jiangxi as a case study,this paper utilizes relevant homestay data from Qunar.com,combined with mathematical statistics and spatial analysis methods to depict the spatial distribution pattern and agglomeration characteristics of homestays,and thoroughly explore their main influencing factors.The results indi-cate:1)Significant differences are observed in homestay locations at both city and county levels,with greater spatial distribution disparities at the county level than at the city level;2)Homestay lo-cations have been found to form two major core clusters in Wuyuan county and Nanchang city,as well as three major core clustering belts in"Jingdezhen-Wuyuan-Shangrao""Lushan-Nanchang"and"Yichun-Luxi-Jinggangshan".Overall,they demonstrate a characteristic of"large dispersion,small clustering"and"more in the north,fewer in the south";3)The distribution of homestays is influenced by interplay of natural and human factors such as altitude,river systems,A-level scenic spots,urban centers,economic development levels,transport accessibility,and policy conditions.Optimizing homestay layout,reinforcing urban radiation,promoting the construction of high-level scenic area,and strengthening policy guidance are differentiated strategies to achieve high-quality development of homestays in Jiangxi province.
