PPy/SA/SDS气凝胶制备及其吸附性能研究

利用原位化学氧化法和冷冻干燥法制备聚吡咯/海藻酸钠(PPy/SA)气凝胶和十二烷基磺酸钠掺杂型聚吡咯/海藻酸钠(PPy/SA/SDS)气凝胶.利用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、差示扫描量热分析仪(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)对气凝胶的结构和形貌进行表征,对气凝胶在亚甲基蓝吸附性能进行分析.结果表明,十二烷基磺酸钠掺杂型聚吡咯/海藻酸钠(PPy/SA/SDS)气凝胶密度大,表面致密,内部具有相互连接通道的三维多孔结构且力学性能优异.PPy/SA/SDS气凝胶吸附性能优于PPy/SA气凝胶,最大吸附容量为17.78 mg/g;二次吸附其吸附容量为 14.33 mg/g.PPy/SA/SDS气凝胶对亚甲基蓝吸附过程符合拉格朗日准二级动力学方程,表明该吸附过程以化学吸附为主.
Research on the Preparation and Adsorption Properties of Polypyrrole/Sodium Alginate/Sodium Dodecyl Sulfonate Aerogel
Polypyrrole/sodium alginate(PPy/SA)aerogel and sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS)doped polypyrrole/sodium alginate(PPy/SA/SDS)aerogel were prepared by using in-situ chemical oxidation and freeze-drying method.The study compared the preparation processes of the two aero-gels and conducted the mechanical performance tests.The microstructure and morphology of the aer-ogels were characterized by employing infrared spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron microscopy.The adsorption performance of aerogel for methylene blue was stud-ied.The results showed that PPy/SA/SDS aerogel had high density,dense surface,three-dimen-sional porous structure with interconnected channels and excellent mechanical properties.The ad-sorption performance of PPy/SA/SDS aerogel was better than that of PPy/SA aerogel,with a maxi-mum adsorption capacity of 17.78 mg/g,after which the second adsorption capacity was 14.33 mg/g.The adsorption kinetics study of PPy/SA/SDS aerogel toward methylene blue showed that the ad-sorption was consistent with Lagrange's pseudo-second-order kinetic equation,indicating that the adsorption process was mainly chemisorptive.
