摘要

随着对矿石资源需求的不断增长,对矿石破碎机性能的要求也越来越高.旋回破碎机作为一种矿石粗碎的重要机器,在矿山、冶金等行业中扮演着关键角色.如何提高其破碎效率及质量已成为当今热门话题.介绍了国内外破碎机衬板及型腔优化方面的研究现状,总结了旋回破碎机在衬板磨损机理研究、衬板材料优化、型腔结构优化技术等方面的最新进展,指出了智能化技术的应用可为衬板材料及型腔结构优化提供强有力的支撑.

Abstract

With the continuous growth of demand for ore resources,the requirements for the perform-ance of ore crushers are also increasing.The gyratory crusher,as an important machine for coarse crushing of ores,plays a crucial role in industries such as mining,metallurgy and other industries.How to improve its crushing efficiency and quality has become a hot topic today.This paper intro-duces the current research status of liner and cavity optimization of crushers domestically and inter-nationally,summarizes the latest progress in liner wear mechanism research,liner material optimiza-tion,cavity structure optimization technology,and other aspects of gyratory crushers,and emphasi-zes that the application of intelligent technology can provide strong support for the optimization of lin-er material and cavity structure.
