地质资料是我国投入大量勘查资金所获得战略性信息资源,是国家宝贵的财富.传统的地质资料档案管理采用纸质记录、现场查阅的方式,一旦档案损坏是不可逆的,同时也不利于共享与利用,发挥不了地质档案资料的价值.地质资料数字化管理系统集地质资料的数字化汇交、受理、验收、入库、目录著录、检索、管理、借阅以及服务为一体,实现地质资料全业务全流程数字化,促进地勘单位数据交流共享,将提升地质资料管理与服务水平.
Abstract
Geological data,obtained through a large amount of exploration funding,represents strate-gic information resources,and is precious national wealth.The traditional geological data archive management involves paper records and on-site consultation,which can lead to the irreversible dam-age and impede sharing and application,thereby limiting the value of geological archives.The geo-logical data digital management system integrates the digital collection,submission,acceptance,storage,catalog description,retrieval,management,borrowing and service of geological data,reali-zing the full digitization for all business processes.This promotes the data exchange and sharing a-mong geological prospecting units,and improves the management and service level of geological data.
