WC-10Co4Cr喷涂粉末制备工艺研究

WC-10Co4Cr粉末的形貌和致密度影响涂层的结构。采用喷雾干燥法及真空烧结法制备了WC-10Co4Cr粉末,研究了粘结剂含量、雾化盘转动频率、烧结温度和保温时间对WC-10Co4Cr粉末的形貌及致密度的影响。结果表明,当聚乙二醇的含量增大时,WC-10Co4Cr粉末颗粒的球形度先升高后降低,当聚乙二醇的质量分数为2。5%时,WC-10Co4Cr粉末颗粒的球形度最高。随着雾化盘转动频率的增大,WC-10Co4Cr粉末颗粒的直径减小,粉末颗粒的球形度先上升后下降。当雾化盘转动频率为26 Hz时,制得的WC-10Co4Cr粉末球形度最高。当烧结温度升高时,WC-10Co4Cr粉末颗粒的致密度上升,粉末颗粒的球形度下降,当烧结温度为1 275℃时,粉末颗粒的致密度和球形度高。随着保温时间的增加,WC-10Co4Cr粉末颗粒的致密度升高,粉末颗粒的球形度降低,当保温时间是3 h时,粉末颗粒具有高致密度及球形度。
Researches on Preparation Techniques of WC-10Co4Cr Powder
The morphology and density of WC-10Co4Cr powder have an impact on the structure of coatings.In this study,the spray drying method and vacuum sin tering technique were employed to synthesize WC-10Co4Cr powder.The influence of binder content,atomization plate rotation frequency,heating temperature,and sin tering time on the morphology and density of WC-10Co4Cr powder was investigated.The results show that sphericity of WC-10Co4Cr particles increases and then decreases as the content of polyethylene glycol increases.When the mass percentage of polyethylene glycol is 2.5%,the sphericity of WC-10Co4Cr particles is the highest.As the rotation frequency of the atomization plate increases,the diameter of WC-10Co4Cr particles decreases,and the sphericity of the particles first rises and then declines.The sphericity of WC-10Co4Cr particles is the highest when the rotation frequency of the atomization plate is 26 Hz.As the heating temperature rises,the density of WC-10Co4Cr particles increases while the sphericity of the particles decreases.The particles have high density and sphericity when the heating temperature is 1 275℃.As the sin tering time increases,the density of WC-10Co4Cr particles rises and the sphericity of the particles declines.The particles possess high density and sphericity when the sin tering time is 3 hours.
