Study on Traffic Safety Risk Evaluation of Highway Tunnels Based on Variable-Weight Objective Topological Models
In order to find out the key factors affecting the safety of the traffic operation environment of road tunnels and determine the safety status of the traffic operation environment of road tunnels in a scientific way,28 evaluation indexes are selected from seven dimensions,including road network factors,tunnel factors,weather factors,driver factors,vehicle factors,management factors,and maintenance factors,etc.,and the index system for the safety evaluation of the traffic operation environment of road tunnels is established;then a safety evaluation model is put forward based on the variable-weighted object element Then,a safety evaluation model of road tunnel traffic operation environment based on variable-weight object element model is proposed,in which the variable-weight theory is used to correct the weights of indicators in order to improve the reliability of the weighting results;finally,the safety level of the traffic operation environment of road tunnels in Sichuan Province is determined by taking the road tunnel group as an example.The results show that the effectiveness of the model constructed in this paper is good,and it can give the key factors of the safety of the traffic operation environment of road tunnels and evaluate the traffic safety level of road tunnels in a scientific and reasonable way.According to the safety evaluation results,suggestions and directions for improving the safety management level of road tunnels are given.
