摘要
为适应日益增多的低速风洞全模阵风试验的需要,发展阵风试验技术,在航空工业气动院FL-10风洞研制了一套双自由度支撑装置,该装置放开了模型升沉和俯仰方向的较大运动自由度,实现了飞机刚体运动模态的模拟.装置主要结构为"钢梁+小滑车",小滑车可在钢梁上自由滑动,避免了采用滑轨形式导致模型运动过程中出现卡滞现象;采用整流翼型与风洞上下壁板连接,减小了对风洞的破坏,降低了对风洞流场的影响;装置升沉运动高度为 3m,俯仰角范围可达±34°;升沉摩擦因数小,机构变形量小,具备模型防护功能.应用该装置成功开展了民机阵风载荷减缓试验,证明了装置设计合理,可以应用于低速全模阵风试验.
Abstract
In order to meet the needs of full-model gust test in low-speed wind tunnel,a set of two-degree-of-freedom suspension device was developed in FL-10 wind tunnel of the Institute of Aerodynamics of Aviation Industry.The device not only provides the larger motions in the direction of model plunging and pitching,but also realizes the simulation of rigid body motion mode of aircraft.The main structural components of the device are steel beams and small pulleys.The small pulley can slide freely on the steel beam,which avoids the phenomenon of stuck in the movement process of the model caused by the use of slide rail.The rectification airfoil is connected with the upper and lower walls of the wind tunnel to reduce the damage to the wind tunnel and the influence of the support on the wind tunnel flow field.The wind tunnel test results show that the range of ups and downs reaches 3 m and the range of pitching reaches 34°.The gust load alleviation test of civil aircraft was successfully completed by using this device,which proved that the device design was reasonable and could be applied to full-mode gust testin low-speedwind tunnel.
