The traditional dynamic model does not consider the influence of elastohydrodynamic lubrication and the theoretical reference on multi-point failure of deep groove ball bearings is less.Based on the nonlinear Hertz contact theory and time-varying displacement excitation function,a two degree of freedom dynamic model of deep groove ball bearing with coupling failure considering the influence of elastohydrodynamic lubrication is established in this paper.The accuracy of the dynamic model is verified by the comparing amplitude-frequency characteristics between the fault bearing experiment and the simulation signal.Based on this model,the effects of defect width,radial load and rotating speed on typical time domain characteristic parameters and oil film parameters on bearing dynamics are analyzed in detail.
