Analysis and Establishment of Vector Force Model of Spoke Wheel
In this paper,the analysis and design method are proposed for two types of spoke structures,radial and cross-shaped.Aiming at the four common spoke structures with zero-cross,two-cross,four-cross and six-cross weaving modes,the wheel set spoke tension vector force model corresponding to the load capacity of the shaft,shaft drive and braking torque,shaft traction and braking,wheel-to-ground reaction,and rim tangential friction is established.At the same time,a simple experimental platform is built to carry out radial loading on the experimental wheel.A rough qualitative comparison with the data results generated by the model calculation is carried out to preliminarily verify the rationality and scientificity of the model.This study lays the foundation for further analyzing the cause of the difference,the model optimization and the specific calculation and analysis method.
