Analysis of Hole Processing and Damage Influencing Factors of Al/CFRP Laminates
For assembling, crowded assembly holes need to be drilled for CFRP/Al laminate products.Due to the lack of hole-making mechanical response and hole quality research that matches cutting parameters,it is easy to form exit burrs, delamination, tearing due to excessive drilling load.Defects such as cracks seriously restrict the application of laminated structures in high-end equipment. Therefore, based on the material volume removal rate function, the mechanical response of laminated material drilling through cutting force tests is analyzed, the influence of the cutting parameters on the cutting axial force is studied. The sensitivity of the parameters to the orifice defect evaluation coefficient is ranked. The research shows that the mechanical response of the laminated material drilling is positively correlated with the volume removal rate of each component material, and the sensitivity of the cutting parameters to the evaluation coefficient of orifice defects is ranked as Vf>S.
