挤出式三维打印制备复杂功能梯度材料路径规划研究

为满足各种复杂功能梯度材料制备工艺,提出一种基于CT扫描灰度图的功能梯度材料数字化设计与制造.对CT扫描灰度图进行均衡化、降噪等处理之后,根据所设定的阈值以及灰度等级将CT扫描灰度图进行灰度分类,将阈值内所分类的灰度值求取平均值后映射到材料信息中,形成的打印轮廓线带有材料信息.根据所设定阈值及灰度等级计算出每个轮廓的材料占比,并一同导出G代码输入到功能梯度材料三维打印机中进行打印.根据自行设计的微流挤出式功能梯度材料三维打印机,将两种不同颜色的碳酸钙为主的复合水基膏体浆料进行实例打印验证.验证结果显示利用这种打印方法可以简单准确的打印功能梯度材料模型材料信息的梯度变化.
Study on Path Planning for Preparing Complex Functionally Graded Material via Extrusion 3D Printing
In order to meet the preparation process of various complex functionally graded materials,a digital design and manufacture of functionally graded material based on CT scanning grayscale images is proposed.After equalizing and denoising the CT scan grayscale image,the CT scanning grayscale image was classified into grayscale according to the set threshold and grayscale,and the grayscale values classified within the threshold were averaged.The value was then mapped to the material information,so that the formed printing contour line has material information,and the material proportion of each contour was calculated according to the set threshold and gray level,and the G-code was exported together,and then input to the 3D printer of functionally graded materials for printing.According to the extrusion type functional gradient material 3D printer,two different colors of calcium carbonate-based composite water-based paste slurry were printed and verified as an example.The results show that the present printing method can simply print the gradient change in the material information of functionally graded material model.
