面向制造车间数字孪生知识图谱研究

制造车间生产过程中在产品需求多样化以及生产设备智能化的条件下,针对制造车间备料不规范,车间人机协同效率低的问题,利用知识图谱构建车间关系网络,基于人机法料环管理办法,自顶向下与自底向上相结合构建制造车间内部实体和属性图,对车间数据进行结构化处理并映射到设计图谱;利用图数据库Neo4j进行数据存储和可视化,使用Cypher图查询语言快速查找关联信息;利用生产线节拍、平滑、能耗数学模型优化设计方案,为制造车间智能协同生产、产品监察管理提供知识参考及决策,实现车间高效生产,为车间数字孪生提供了数据基础.
Research on Digital Twin Knowledge Graph for Manufacturing Workshops
Under the conditions of diversified product demands and intelligent production equipment in manufacturing workshop,aiming at the problems of nonstandard material preparation and low man-machine collaboration efficiency in the manufacturing workshop,firstly,the knowledge graph is used to construct the relationship network of the workshop.Based on the management methods of man,machines,materials,methods and environment,the internal entity and attribute map of the manufacturing workshop are constructed by combining top-down and bottom-up,and the workshop data are processed structurally and mapped to the design map.Then the graph database Neo4j is used for data storage and visualization,and Cypher graph query language is used to quickly find associated information.Finally,the mathematical models of production line takttime,smoothness and energy consumption are used to optimize the design scheme,which provide knowledge reference and decision-making for intelligent collaborative production and product supervision management in the manufacturing workshop.The study can realize efficient production in the workshop and provide a data basis for the digital twin of the workshop.
