Comparative Analysis of the Photosynthetic Characteristics of Two-year-old Toona ciliata var.pubescens in Different Provenances
The variances of photosynthetic characteristics of three provenances of two-year-old Toona ciliata var.pubescens which from the Guanshan Nature Reserve,Matoushan Nature Reserve and Jiulianshan Nature Reserve were analyzed with Li-6400 photosynthesis system measuring instrument.The result indicated： Under the high temperature glare,the Toona ciliata var.pubescens provenance from Guanshan Nature Reserve has higher photosynthetic capacity than the other two provenances.The diurnal variations of net photosynthesis rate Pn curve of Toona ciliata var.pubescens were ＂twin-peaked＂ curve,and the peak value occurred at about 10：00 and 14：00.There was an obvious ＂midday depression＂ phenomenon in sunny situation.Meanwhile,through compared the photosynthetic characteristics of the same provenance in a different month（August to October）,so September was the growth of a peak period of Toona ciliata var.pubescens.
