Based on the investigation of garden plants application in Nanchang main city, the plant diversities of different life habits, different types of green space, different urban areas, different types of landscape plant diversity, different administrative areas of plant diversity, rare plants, ancient and famous trees is analyzed in detail respectively. Then, giving the protection and planning strategy of plant diversity in Nanchang city aiming at the current situation and problems, in order to provide a theoretical reference for the green construction in Nanchang city.
