广西西大明山自然保护区不同林分土壤酶活性与微生物群落功能多样性研究

为探究不同林分土壤酶活性与微生物群落功能多样性特征,为自然保护区人工林植被的恢复、桉树林林分改造提供依据,本研究以广西西大明山自治区级自然保护区为研究区域,选取天然次生阔叶林和马尾松林、八角林、桉树林3种人工林为研究对象,对其土壤酶活性与土壤微生物群落功能多样性进行研究.结果表明:4种林分类型中,桉树林和八角林土壤的脲酶活性最高,而其酸性磷酸酶活性与蔗糖酶活性均较低;土壤微生物群落功能多样性表现为:天然次生阔叶林最强,人工桉树林最弱.天然次生阔叶林和八角林土壤微生物对六类碳源的利用能力较其他3种林分高,桉树林最低.总的来看,在4种不同林分中,桉树林的土壤质量相对最低,土壤微生物群落功能多样性最弱.
Research of soil enzyme activity and microbial community functional diversity in different stands in Xidamingshan Nature Reserve of Guangxi
The purpose of this study was to explore the characteristics of soil enzyme activity and microbial community functional diversity in four stand types,and provided a basis for the restoration of artificial forest vegetation and the transformation of eucalyptus forest stand in nature reserve.Four stand types of natural Secondary broad-leaved forest,Pinus massoniana artificial forest,Illicium verum artificial forest,and Eucalyptus spp.artificial forest were selected to study the soil enzyme activity in addition to the functional diversity of soil microbial community in the Xidamingshan Autonomous Nature Reserve of southwest Guangxi.The result indicated as follows:in four stand types,the soil urease activities of I.verum and eucalyptus forest was the highest whereas the soil acid phosphatase in addition to activity of sucrase were the lowest.The functional diversity of soil microbial community in Secondary evergreen broad-leaved forest was the strongest whereas the weakest in artificial eucalyptus forest.The utilization capacity of six types of carbon sources was higher in soil microbial community of Secondary evergreen broad-leaved forest and Illicium forest than in the other three stands,while Eucalyptus spp.the worst.In a whole,the soil quality of Eucalyptus spp.forest was the lowest,as well as the functional diversity of soil microbial community was the weakest among the four different stand types.
