Study on endogenous hormones and secondary metabolites related to Rosa chinensis blackspot disease
The experiment analyzed the relationship between plant hormones, secondary metabolites and levels of illness about varieties, which pinpointed the mechanism of leaf disease resistance and carry out the application experiment.Three grandiflora R.chinensis varieties, three fujimoto R.chinensis varieties and three miniature Rosa chinensis varieties were selected to explore changes of IAA,ABA,ZR,total triterpenoids, total phenols and betaine between varieties and leaves during the peak period of R.chinensis blackspot disease. The results showed that as illness progresses,IAA decreased from 7.57 ng·g-1 to 2.87 ng·g-1,ZR decreased from 2.27 ng·g-1 to 0.19 ng·g-1,total triterpenes decreased from 2.29%to 1.51%,total phenols decreased from 34.39 mg·g-1 to 18.43 mg·g-1,betaine decreased from 0.57%to 0.24%,and ABA increased from 6.7 ng·g-1 to 27.43 ng·g-1.The differences between IAA and ABA at different levels of illness were significant, which could be used as one of the criteria for judging the levels of illness. The content of six substances in the infected leaves was higher than that in the healthy leaves, which was related to R.chinensis blackspot disease. The difference of IAA,ABA and total phenols in the leaves of the heavily susceptible varieties was significant(P<0.05),indicating that the three substances had a coping mechanism for R.chinensis blackspot disease.IAA and ABA can be used to distinguish R.chinensis varieties with different of illness.R.chinensiss respond to blackspot disease infection by changing the content of endogenous hormones and secondary metabolites.
