植物嫁接亲和力影响因子研究进展

嫁接亲和力对植物的嫁接成功率具有直接影响,研究植物嫁接亲和力,筛选合适的优良嫁接品种进行栽培,可减少时间和经济成本,提高嫁接植株的总体效益.本文从形态指标、细胞组织学、生理生化调控机制、分子水平四个方向综述了植物嫁接亲和力的影响因子,发现影响植物嫁接亲和力的因子有:嫁接植株的生长势、新梢生长速度和嫁接口愈合程度等植物形态指标,嫁接植株在愈合过程中愈伤组织的形成、胞间连丝的形成和愈伤组织的分化等细胞组织过程,嫁接植株中的水分、叶绿素、可溶性糖、淀粉、氨基酸、可溶性蛋白质、酚类物质、酶类物质和植物激素等物质的生理生化过程,以及嫁接植株间的基因组关系、转录组中相关基因表达、蛋白质表达与互作等分子水平等.每种植物的嫁接亲和力影响因子不同,需要筛选合适的指标来进行分析.
Review on influencing factors of plant grafting affinity
The graft compatibility has a direct impact on the success rate of grafted plants.Analysis the grafting affinity of plants and select the suitable and excellent grafting varieties for cultivation can reduce the time and economic cost,and improve the overall benefit of grafted plants.In this paper,the influencing factors of plant graft affinity were reviewed from four aspects:morphological index,cell histology,physiological and biochemical regulation mechanism,and the molecular level.It was found that plant morphological indicators would affect plant graft affinity,like the growth potential of grafted plants,the growth rate of new shoots and the degree of healing of grafted mouth.The cell tissue processes such as callus formation,cellular desmosis formation and callus differentiation in the healing process of grafted plants and the physiological would affect plant graft affinity.Biochemical processes of water,chlorophyll,soluble sugar,starch,amino acids,soluble protein,phenols,enzymes and plant hormones in grafted plants were also the affect factors of plant graft affinity.Molecular level of genomic relationship between grafted plants,expression of relevant genes in the transcriptome,protein expression and interactions would also affect plant graft affinity.The influence factors of grafting affinity of each plant are different,and appropriate indexes should be screened for analysis.
