柚木种质资源单株综合评价及选优

为选育柚木优良的品种,本研究选择树高、胸径、单株材积、冠幅、无损干材高度、干形、抗性7个用材树种重要指标,对来自8个国家的1 900余株柚木进行实地每木检测,并建立数据库.采用层次分析法建立评价模型,对柚木单株进行综合评价.结果表明,综合得分排名前28位的600号、1426号、569号、1758号、26号等28个单株入选为柚木优良无性系候选株,其中27个单株为缅甸种质群体,1个单株为印度尼西亚种质.缅甸柚木种质群体表现较为突出,在红河州有较为庞大的群体,可作为今后柚木良种选育的重要种质资源.
Comprehensive evaluation and selection of individual Tectona grandis germplasm resources
In order to select excellent varieties of Tectona grandi,7 important indicators of timber species,including tree height,breast-height diameter,single tree volume,crown width,non-destructive dry wood,stem form,and resistance,were selected.Over 1900 T.grandi from 8 countries were tested on site for each tree,and a database was established.Establish an evaluation model using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to comprehensively evaluate individual T.grandis.The results showed that 28 individual plants,including No.600,No.1426,No.569,No.1758,and No.26,ranked in the top 28 in comprehensive scores,were selected as candidates for excellent clones of T.grandis.Among them,27 individual plants were from Myanmar germplasm population,and 1 individual plant was from Indonesia germplasm.The germplasm population of T.grandis from Myanmar has shown outstanding performance,with a relatively large population in Honghe Prefecture,which can serve as an important germplasm resource for the breeding of high-quality T.grandis varieties in the future.
