不同种源多花黄精的物候期及表型性状研究

为了掌握不同种源多花黄精的物候期及表型性状,为多花黄精人工栽培及优良品种选育提供参考依据,该研究采用田间观测法对来自江西、安徽、湖南的4个多花黄精不同种源进行物候期观测,测定各种源表型性状并对其进行相关性、主成分和系统聚类分析.结果表明,多花黄精的生长周期约为8~9个月,不同种源物候期存在明显差异,生长周期由长到短依次为安福"宽叶">安福"窄叶">青阳>通道.安福"宽叶"种源具有出芽早、倒苗晚的特征,且其株高、茎粗、叶长、开花数量、浆果数量、果实横径、侧径等表型性状均显著大于其他3个种源.欧氏聚类结果表明,4个种源多花黄精可聚为两类,其中江西安福"宽叶"和"窄叶"两个种源聚为第一类,青阳和通道种源聚为第二类.安福"宽叶"多花黄精种源在茎、花、果实等性状上早期表现更优,具有较好的选育和推广价值.
Study on phenological stage and phenotypic traits of Polygonatum cyrtnema from different provenances
In order to master the phenological and phenotypic characters of Polygonatum cyrtnem from different provenances,it was provided a reference for P.cyrtnem artificial cultivation and fine variety breeding.The phenological period of P.cyrtnem from four different provenances in Jiangxi,Anhui and Hu'nan was observed by field observation,the phenotypic traits of various sources were determined and analyzed by correlation,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that the growth cycle of P.cyrtnem was about 8 to 9 months,and the phenological periods of different provenances were obviously different.The growth cycle was Anfu"kuanye">Anfu"zhaiye">Qingyang>Tongdao from long to short.The P.cyrtnema of Anfu"kuanye"had the characteristics of early budding and late seedling inversion,and the phenotypic traits such as plant height,stem diameter,leaf length,number of flowers,number of berries,fruit transverse diameter and lateral diameter were significantly greater than those of the other three provenances.Euclidean clustering results showed that P.cyrtnema from four provenances could be clustered into two categories,which the"kuanye"and"zhaiye"provenances from Anfu,Jiangxi Province were clustered into the first category,and the two provenances from Qingyang and Tongdao were clustered into the second category.P.cyrtnema of Anfu"kuanye"had better performance in stems,flowers,fruits and other traits,and had good breeding and promotion value.
