基于模糊隶属函数法的五加种质资源综合评价

五加是一种重要的药用植物,在中国南方地区,民间有将五加的嫩梢作为高品质森林蔬菜食用的悠久传统,称为"五加芽菜",具有重要开发价值与应用潜力.为筛选出优质、高产的食用蔬菜型五加育种资源,收集了5省7个地区11个五加种质资源,采用随机区组设计定植,并使用模糊隶属函数法对不同种源的五加的生长性能与营养成分进行综合评价.结果表明,不同种源生长性能与营养成分均表现出较大变异(变异系数分别为14.23%~25.00%和35.89%~53.63%).受试种源中,青田010的隶属函数值最高,为0.60;其次为恩施003,隶属函数值为0.56;青田017的隶属函数值最低,为0.30.因此,可将青田010与恩施003种源作为五加芽菜品种选育的优质亲本材料.
Comprehensive evaluation of Eleutherococcus nodiflorus germplasm resources based on fuzzy membership function method
Eleutherococcus nodiflorus is an important medicinal plant.In the south of China,the young shoots of E.nodiflorus have a long tradition of being eaten as high-quality forest vegetables,called"E.nodiflorus sprouts",which has important development value and application potential.In order to select high quality and high yield breeding resources of edible vegetable type E.nodiflorus,11 germplasm resources of E.nodiflorus were collected from 7 regions in 5 provinces,and the growth performance and nutrient composition of E.nodiflorus from different provenances were evaluated by using the method of fuzzy membership function.The results showed that the growth performance and nutrient composition of different provenances showed great variation(the coefficients of variation were from 14.23%to 25.00%,and from 35.89%to 53.63%).The average membership function value of Qingtian 010 was the highest,which was 0.60.The second is Enshi 003,whose membership function value was 0.56.The membership function value of Qingtian 017 was the lowest,0.30.Therefore,the seed sources of Qingtian 010 and Enshi 003 can be used as high-quality parental materials for the breeding of E.nodiflorus varieties.
