九叶青花椒叶片营养变化规律及营养诊断研究

为掌握重庆九叶青花椒园土壤养分状况和叶片营养变化规律,采用DRIS诊断施肥综合法、DOP法营养诊断和营养元素分级方法,对重庆九叶青花椒叶片营养水平进行分析.结果表明,叶片中Ca、Cu、B、Zn、Fe、Mn、S营养元素3月至4月呈降低趋势,N、P、K、Mg营养元素5月发生波动变化,后续呈上升趋势.叶片部分营养元素之间存在相关性,N、P、K互为极显著正相关关系(P<0.01),K元素与Ca、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、S、B元素之间为极显著负相关关系(P<0.01),Mg元素与P、Ca、Fe、S、B元素之间为极显著负相关关系(P<0.01),Ca元素与Zn、Fe、Mn、S、B元素之间为极显著正相关关系(P<0.01).根据DRIS、DOP两种方法对九叶青花椒叶片的营养状况诊断结果推算出的需肥顺序差异不大,中产园全生育期内最缺乏的元素为Ca、Cu、S、B.
Study on nutrition change rule and nutrition diagnosis of Zanthoxylum armatum var.novemfolius leaves
To master the soil nutrient status and leaf nutrient variation of Chongqing Zanthoxylun armatum var.novemfolius orchard,and provide strong support for rational fertilization and nutrient management in Chongqing Z.bungeanum orchad.Through the study of the nutritional level of Z.armatum var.novemfelius leaves in Chongqing,the DRIS diagnostic fertilization comprehensive method,DOP nutritional diagnosis and nutrient element grading method were used.The results showed that the contents of Ca,Cu,B,Zn,Fe,Mn and S in leaves decreased from March to April,and the contents of N,P,K and Mg fluctuated increased in May.There was a correlation between some elements in leaves.The correlation between N,P and K was extremely significant(P<0.01).K element was significantly negatively correlated with Ca,Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,S and B elements(P<0.01).Mg element was significantly negatively correlated with P,Ca,Fe,S and B elements(P<0.01).Ca element was significantly positively correlated with Zn,Fe,Mn,S and B elements(P<0.01).In summary,the DRIS method and DOP method were used to diagnose the nutritional status of Z.armatum var.novemfolius leaves.There was no significant difference in the order of fertilizer requirements calculated by the two methods.The most deficient elements in the whole growth period of the middle-yield orchard,were Ca,Cu,S and B.
