Research on the Energy Status and Carbon Reduction Measures of Shandong Province under the"Dual Carbon"Goal
To achieve the dual carbon goal,Shandong province urgently needs to develop a high proportion of new energy and build a new energy system. This article is based on the statistical yearbook data of Shandong province, and uses IPCC and Tapio decoupling theory to statistically analyze the current energy consumption status, total carbon emissions, and characteristics of Shandong province from 2017 to 2022.It was found that the total carbon emissions in Shandong province have been increasing year by year from 2017 to 2022.Although the carbon emission intensity in the province has been continuously optimized due to the decrease in energy intensity, the carbon decoupling coefficient has always been in a weak decoupling state, and there is still a certain distance between the carbon decoupling coefficient and the strong decoupling.Based on research results, from the perspectives of adjusting energy structure and optimizing industrial structure,we will develop green and low-carbon energy, actively promote photovoltaic power generation projects, accelerate the development of unconventional natural gas.Further promoting the development of high proportion new energy and the construction of new energy systems is the correct means to improve energy utilization efficiency and promote economic development in Shandong province.
