Analysis of Energy-Saving Diagnosis Examples for A Certain Soda Ash Production Enterprise
In order to find a path for enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency,taking the implementation of energy-saving diagnosis in a certain soda ash production enterprise as an example,based on understanding the energy utilization level of the enterprise,practical and feasible energy-saving technical transformation suggestions are proposed.The results show that the unit consumption of light and heavy soda ash in the enterprise in 2022 was 0.386 tce/t and 0.430 tce/t,respectively,which did not meet the industry benchmark level.Enterprises have significant shortcomings in energy management,measurement equipment,energy statistics,and equipment energy efficiency levels.Four energy-saving renovation suggestions have been proposed,including improving the enterprise energy management system,strengthening the allocation of measuring instru-ments,developing detailed energy statistics systems,and evaluating the energy efficiency level of equipment.
