Aim to solve the energy-saving issues faced by industrial boilers in the process of implementing energy-saving and environmental protection standards,by analyzing the problems in the implementation of energy-saving and environmental protection standards for industrial boilers,identifying the current obstacles in the implementation of energy-saving and environmental protection standards for industrial boilers in China,and providing targeted suggestions.The results indicate that the current problems in the implementation of energy-saving and environmental protection standards for industrial boilers mainly include six aspects:outdated equipment and technology of industrial boilers,low level of use and management of industrial boilers,unstable fuel supply or combustion,insufficient attention to energy-saving and environmental protection work of boilers,insufficient study of environmental protection regulations and policies,and insufficient supervision of energy-saving and environmental protection.In response to the existing problems,targeted measures should be taken to update industrial boiler equipment and technology,improve industrial boiler management level,promote information construction,stabilize boiler combustion efficiency,attach importance to boiler energy conservation and environmental protection,strengthen inspection and control,implement enterprise main responsibility,strengthen learning of environmental protection regulations and policies,and increase supervision and inspection efforts.Therefore,the implementation of energy-saving and environmental protection standards for industrial boilers should strengthen the importance of design and equipment management and supervision,and promote the development of the industrial boiler industry towards a more efficient,clean,and environmentally friendly direction.
